Jeevanaadi Returns Policy

Products that are purchased from Jeevanaadi are returnable within the return timeframe unless the item is identified as not returnable.

The refund, for the product returned, is issued to the original payment method or to the same bank account as per the details registered with jeevanaadi.

Products are returnable if they are delivered in a damaged condition or missing parts or accessories or defective or different from their description on the product details displayed on Jeevanaadi portal.

Products that are marked as “non-returnable” on the product details cannot be returned.

Refund will be provided if the exact replacement is not available with jeevanaadi

Return the product within 10 days of delivery for full refund. The refund will be made within 2-4 business days from receipt of the product returned. The refund will be through bank account only and no request for cash refund is entertained.

Order Cancellation

Orders once placed and payment is made, can not be cancelled

Guarantee / warrantee

The product guarantee and warranty is provided by the OEM. The installation of the equipment shall be in strict adherence to the OEM recommendation to cover the guarantee / warrantee. Jeevanaadi does not provide additional Guarantee / warrantee.

Dakshina Ganga Info-Solutions (India) Private Limited (DGISIPL) / Jeevanaadi entered into an agreement with a customer is responsible for the personal data.

• information provided to us in the course of our business transactions, such as interests in DGISIPL / Jeevanaadi products, marketing preferences, registration and login information, contract or order data, invoices, payments, credit card or other payment information, etc.

• Information on browser made available when an individual visits an DGISIPL / Jeevanaadi website or an DGISIPL / Jeevanaadi mobile app: IP address, the source of the site visit, time spent on the website or a particular page, links clicked, comments shared, browser type, date and time of visit, etc.

Keep your password strong by using combination of Uppercase, lower case, special characters and numbers which you can remember. For eg. Cauvery@571417. Never keep common passwords like date of birth /anniversaries for all your apps. Never store your passwords in contact list or email or in a place which is easily accessible by others.

Your Account

Your account is unique and once closed by you or anyone, you will not be able to access your order history, proof of purchase, bills, warranty, guarantee etc., This will also affect the customers related information and services.
