M.Srinivasa Murthy – Founding Director.

Mr. Srinivasa Murthy : An Electrical Engineering Graduate from BMSCE, Bangalore, with 28 Years of experience in the fields ranging from Oil & Gas (Upstream), Electrical and Solar Power Projects, Software Development and Trading. Has been guiding and motivating teams to perform with uncompromised quality and integrity. He is also Founder and Director of Pratham Integrated Engineering Solutions Bangalore. He has demonstrated unique leadership principals though his actions and built team which strives to satisfy customer. His leadership qualities have been appreciated by Customers across wide range of services.

Shivanna Chandrashekar – Founding Director

Mr. Chandrashekar S : Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 25 years of experience in the field of Electrical turnkey projects (11 kV to 220 kV voltage class). Marketing Electrical panels, induction motors, pumps, gensets and transformer etc.

Also for certain period of time, he was in to marketing of testing and measuring equipments related to Electrical transmission and distribution. Known for handling and delivering the fast track projects and specialized electrical installations. He is also the founder and proprietor of M/s Rachana Enterprises in Bengaluru.
